All we can tell these people is this: But Marv, his family and crew deserve our loyalty to their store because they are the OLD SCHOOL REAL DEAL! They KNOW everything about the products and the motorsickles they sell. Because they eat, sleep and live on Harley-Davidsons and much like ourselves, the Harley we own and ride is like a living, breathing part of our family. We don't entrust a family members health to just any cheap doctor so why would we let just any old cheap self-proclaimed mechanic work on our scooter? When my wike and I are packing our grandchildren on the back of our bikes motating down the road, dodging dumbass minivan drivers who are text-messaging and running thru stopsigns, it is reassuring to know Napoleon H-D have properly and safely serviced our Harleys! "I have dealt with this dealership on several different occasions and I have been more than pleased on every occasion. The sales staff went out of their way to work with me and get me what I wanted. I bought a used Hugger around the first part of March and the dealership stored the bike for free until the weather broke. I picked up the bike this afternoon (4-02-08) and the service dept had the bike ready and even topped off the gas tank. "In October 2007 my 1996 RK with a Lehman trike kit left me stranded along side the road. After getting it trailered home I started searching for a local reapir shop. Because of the Lehman kit no one would touch it. I located HD Sales & Service via the internet and even though it is 175 miles (one way) from home I felt comfortable in taking it there after a few phone conversations. A couple of us took a vacation day, trailered it to HD Napoleon. I can't say enough good things about Eric in Service, first class comes to mind. He called me with several updates about the trike (both good and bad). Eric even called about a week after I brought the trike home just to see how the ride home was and to verify that all was OK with the trike.
